I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a strong AC and hot showers. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic, offering a wide selection of delicious options. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The location of the hotel was great, with easy transportation to the city center in just 20 minutes. Plus, there was free parking available, which was very convenient.

On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located next to a tram station, making it easy to access the historical center and Firenze Rifredi train station. the staff was kind and helpful.
The hotel had a weird smell in both the hallways and the rooms, which made our stay quite unpleasant.

We had a slight issue with the water heater in our room, but the staff quickly resolved the problem and moved us to a different room. They were very accommodating and made sure our stay was comfortable. The nearby parking area, although a short walk away, provided peace of mind for our car. I would recommend this hotel.

The location is also convenient, close to Firenze Rifredi train station and just a short metro ride to the historical center.
